Services

Kastrinos Management provides turnover cleaning, linen service, restocking, inspection and documentation for short-term rental properties, as agreed with each owner.

Scheduling and access

Owners are responsible for providing accurate access instructions and reasonable notice of schedule changes. Turnovers cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed.

Damage and maintenance

We document damage and maintenance issues found during a turnover and report them to the owner. Repairs are the owner's responsibility unless separately agreed.

Payment

Invoices are issued for completed services and are due on the terms stated on them.
