When you request a quote or work with us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and property details such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and cleaning frequency. During service we create turnover records that may include photos, inspection notes, and reported maintenance issues.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to quote requests, schedule and deliver cleaning services, document property condition, report maintenance issues, send invoices, and communicate with you about your service. We may use your contact details to send service-related updates; we do not send marketing without your consent.
3. How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Cleaning team members see only the property details and instructions needed to complete an assigned turnover. Service providers who process payments, email, or form submissions on our behalf receive only the information required for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property.
4. Data retention and security
We keep quote requests and turnover records for as long as needed to provide services, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Your choices
